Who handles your data
Javier García, in charge of Project Nix. Contact: licencias@projectnix.com.
What data, and why
- When you ask for a license: your name, your email, the apps you ask for, anything you choose to tell us and an encrypted fingerprint of your IP address (to stop abuse; the IP itself is not stored). They are used to review the request and send you the key.
- When you activate an app: the key, a fingerprint of the computer (not its serial number), the name you give it, the system and the app version. They are used so the license works on your computers and so you can release one from the app.
The basis is your own request: without that data the license cannot be given to you.
For how long
While you have the license, or until you ask for them to be deleted.
Who it is shared with
No one. It is stored on the servers of Cloudflare, which host this website, and the emails (with your key or the answer to your request) are sent through Resend, this website's email service. It is never sold or passed on.
Your rights
You can ask to see your data, correct it, have it deleted or restricted, or take it with you, by writing to licencias@projectnix.com. If you think it has not been handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
