Who sells

Who can buy
The Pro version is sold only to companies and professionals, for their business. By buying it, you declare that you buy as such. That's why consumer law (for example, the right of withdrawal) doesn't apply: to try the apps before buying, there's the free version.
What you buy
- The Pro version of the chosen app or bundle, for the number of computers in the order (each Pro license is for one computer), on your Nix Apps license (your email's; if you don't have one, it's created).
- It's used under the apps' license terms. What each version includes is on each app's page.
The plans
- Lifetime: a single payment; Pro for that app has no end date.
- Annual (12 months) and monthly (1 month): a few days before the end you get the renewal order. Nothing is ever charged unless you pay it yourself. If it isn't renewed, at the end the app goes back to the free version by itself, without losing anything you've done.
Prices and taxes
Prices on the website are per computer and exclude VAT. Spanish companies and professionals pay VAT on top (21 %). Those in another EU country with a VAT number pay no VAT (reverse charge). Outside the EU, no VAT. Invoices carry no withholding. A price change applies to new orders and later renewals, never to an order already placed.
Order and payment
- When we receive the order we review it and send you the pro forma, with the amount and the bank transfer details. We may reject an order (for example, if invoice details are missing); then nothing is charged or invoiced.
- The pro forma is valid for 15 days: if payment doesn't arrive in that time, the order is cancelled at no cost.
- When payment arrives, the Pro version is activated (in the apps, as soon as they go online) and we send you the invoice.
Refunds
As everything can be tried with the free version, once Pro is activated the amount isn't refunded, except for a payment made by mistake (for example, a duplicate) or a fault on our side that prevents using what you bought and that we don't fix within a reasonable time: then we refund what you paid.
Liability
As in the license terms. In any case, Project Nix's liability for a purchase doesn't exceed what was paid for it in the last 12 months.
Data
Order details are used to process it and issue the invoice, and are kept for as long as the law requires. More in Privacy.
Law and courts
Governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the courts of Madrid. The Spanish version prevails.
